Cohen!!!
In reply to Chrissy
It's picking up steam.
In reply to Chrissy
Sure looks as if he did have business interests in Rushya. Last night word was out that he looked agitated and abruply left the xmas tree lighting ceremony. Cohen and Weiselberg may have sunk him, not a good day.

the whole kit and kaboodle looking for pardons... which they will probably get even if trump goes down...
They used Manafort's legal team to trick Donny Dementia into offering false testimony. Cohen's got records that will show that the "President" knew all about the tower meeting.
In reply to Bigzinc
Strange that no one in Pence's inner circle got caught up in this.
In reply to Runs

In reply to JahJah
Trump's been "going down" since the day he announced his candidacy!
In reply to camos
He maybe guilty of something bad.
The issue is you are all coming here celebrating his end on a daily basis but Trump is much smarter than you all give him credit for.
In reply to nitro
It's like a big puzzle, all the pieces are starting to fall in place.
In reply to black
Maybe:
Cohen added that in 2017 when he appeared before the Senate Intelligence Committee, he gave a false description of the Moscow Project.
I asserted all efforts ceased in January 2016 when they kept going until June 2016, he said. There were more extensive communications. I said I never contemplated travel or spoke to Individual 1 regarding travel, but I did.
Wasn't this stated in the Steele dossier that Trump and his allies said were not rue and showed the dossier to be fake?
In reply to nitro
Trump is a survivor and a bullshitter of the highest order besides he promising people prosperity and money.
just wait
In reply to nitro

My gut tells me that Kuchnah n Donnyjr lied to congress also about rushya tower
In reply to Runs
If Junior told the same bullshit adoption story, then he lied to Congress.

The Trump Organization Planned To Give Vladimir Putin The $50 Million Penthouse In Trump Tower Moscow
In reply to Runs
Please bro, no need to spread lies.
In reply to nitro
This is breaking, hold onto your panties
In Russia, the oligarchs would bend over backwards to live in the same building as Vladimir Putin, Sater told BuzzFeed News. My idea was to give a $50 million penthouse to Putin and charge $250 million more for the rest of the units. All the oligarchs would line up to live in the same building as Putin. A second source confirmed the plan.
In reply to Runs
Ok, that does not sound illegal.
Bob Mueller has to link the dots....before he is fired.
Time is running out..

That story i think was also in the Dossier.

Subliminal messages.
This is obstruction. All needs to be charged, lawyers etc throw all the criminals under the bus
President Donald Trumps former personal lawyer Michael Cohen said Friday he was in close and regular contact with Trumps White House staff and legal team when he prepared a statement for Congress that he now says falsely downplayed Trumps effort to land a Trump Tower Moscow deal during the 2016 presidential campaign.
In reply to VIX

Is a hell of a deep hole he dig for himself!

Cohen Court excerpts..
Everything is falling into place as I expected, even the stint with the prostitutes, porn stars, strippers possible love child and disgruntled former employees..only impeachment/resignation and pee pee tape left now...
George Conway implied this morning that the presidents tweets constitute witness tampering. Neal Katyal, a former acting solicitor general, agreed.

HE is in an Elevator where the last
stop is " The Big House ".
Nitro fails to realize that Mueller is
collaborating with at least 2 States
Attorney Generals .
THE SIGNIFICANCE OF THIS IS THE FACT
THAT PERSONS FOUND GUILTY OF STATES
CRIMES CANNOT BE PARDONED BY TRUMP .
Obviously this is inducement for Flynn & Cohen to spill all the Beans
regarding these matters .
Manafort however is a completely different case ; especially since it
has recently been revealed that he is playing a Double Agent , by still
cooperating with Trump & his Attorneys .

Thats why I not offering up any predictions cuz you just get the feeling that somehow this weazle is going to walk away from this. I honestly hope I am wrong about this. In addition I heard on a program yesterday that Mueller believes in the rule of law. And perhaps that a sitting president can't be indicted. And while there is no precedent there is a legal note somewhere that says that a sitting president can't be indicted. Meller will abide by that. So Mueller will indict all those he can indict. Lock up those he can lock up. Then write a report. Where does that leave all the evidence etc-Congress? Senate?
In reply to carl0002
Unless the Constitution says "a sitting president cannot be indicted" then anyone can be indicted. No one is above the law.
It would be a shit ton of fun to see the Dotard indicted though.
In reply to SnoopDog
The Constitution does not say that, it's customary to not disrupt the Country by indicting the President, but there's nothing that says he cannot be inducted.
In reply to black
That's my point. The Constitution does not preclude nor prohibit a sitting president from criminal prosecution. No one is (technically) above the law.
What legal scholars have opined is that convention or even pragmatism dictates that instead of criminal prosecution, a sitting president should be subjected to impeachment proceedings.
Would you volunteer to personally served the indictment on the Dotard?
In reply to SnoopDog
Would you volunteer to personally served the indictment on the Dotard?
Anytime.
CNN should visit the backroom when they looking for U.S. constitutional experts
but they might only find constipation experts
In reply to VIX
I'm not an expert but I play one on the internet.
Seriously, I've heard the experts say that.
In reply to VIX
It's called having an education. Something the majority of dumbass Muricans are hopelessly deficient in at present.

I am not a constitutional expert but I slept at the Holiday Inn last night.

Mr. Cohen has concluded that his life has been utterly destroyed by his relationship with Mr. Trump and his own actions, and to begin anew he needed to speed up the legal process by quickly confessing his crimes and serving any sentence he receives, according to his friends and associates, and analysis of documents in the case.
He has told friends that he is mystified that he is taking the fall for actions he carried out on behalf of Mr. Trump, who remains unscathed. Still, he is resigned to accepting responsibility.

For the rich and powerful - there's always a fall guy.

What's President Trump's rationale for going on this 'unplanned' visit to Iraq?
What did he hope to accomplish, and how successful was the venture?
In reply to Drapsey
Well the I rakis are calling for total US withdrawal, apparently d man visit d people country and did not have the manners to go visit the rulers Talk about being diplomatic
In reply to Drapsey
so why do we have a VP and a third in command etc?
In reply to Drapsey
You need to be sent to detention. You are not paying attention.
This has been Spanky Toadstool's most successful week by far. With the Grim Prosecutor's walls closing relentlessly on him, he has contrived to keep that news off the headlines for a whole week by employing his own wall and the Iraqui "visit" as a masterful deflection.
Never mind, though. I give him until next Thursday, January 3, 2019, when it is expected our dear Mr. Mueller will again assert his grimness. We will see what masterful deflection he employs then...

In reply to Ewart
The problem with the trip was the lie about military salaries and his role in the fake salary increase could be one of his biggest mistakes.
In reply to ChrissyThis man just lies impulsively; its like an uncontrollable spastic twitch that he has no control over I have never seen anything like it before.
In reply to Chrissy
No other President in history got such a great reception by our Army.
Imagine fake news CNN complaining that our soldiers were happy to see our President!
CNN is indeed an enemy of the State.

I dont know about either Constitutional or Constipational expects, but what I can say is that this MB is full of Comedians.
If, any currently work fo the US government, I say get you a temp job, as recommended by the administration of Individual 1, by sending your resume to Trevor Noah.
Unfortunately, all this new Cohen development is going to do is force Individual 1 to declare a National Emergency, not in the interest of America, but to give his sycophantic supporters another dose of Kool-Aid.
