THE ICC , WILL ALWAYS BE AN EXERCISE

IN FUTILITY .


YOU NEED TO FULLY UNDERSTAND THAT THE

ICC IS AN ENTITY FORMED BY ALL THE

INTERNATIONAL CRICKET BOARDS TO

SAFEGUARD THE INTERESTS THOSE CRICKET

BOARDS .

That being the case seeking meetings
with any ICC Officials regardless of their Status is frankly an exercise in Futility .

IF YOU WANT TO GET ANY SEMBLANCE OF

REDRESS , REGARDING THE WORST

INTERNATIONAL CRICKET BOARD IN THE

COMMONWEALTH ; AKA THE WICBC YOU NEED

TO GO TO THE COURTS , CERTAINLY NOT

THE ICC WHICH IS A CREATURE OF ALL

THE INTERNATIONAL CRICKET BOARDS .

I am of the opinion that there exists
a number of serious Issues why the
WICBC & the Regional Boards must be
completely restructured and the current Members of all these Boards
must be removed .

The best bet is to seek the Best Lawyers in the Region and then take the WICBC to Court . I would suggest that You also look into suing the ICC.

THE FREAKING FACT IS THAT THE ICC

CANNOT CLAIM THAT IT IS IGNORANT OF

STEWARDSHIP AND THE TOTAL INCOMPETENCE

OF THE WORST INTERNATIONAL CRICKET

BOARD IN THE COMMONWEALTH ; AKA THE

WICBC .

COMMONWEALTH

THE MEMBERS OF THE ICC CAN NEVER EVER

BE CONSIDERED AS PARAGONS OF INTEGRITY

RECENTLY FOUR OF THE MEMBERS OF THE

ICC COLLUDED TO HIJACK MOST OF THE

ICC PROFITS .


SADLY THE ICC IS THE ENTITY THAT

PM ROWLEY ; PM. GONSALVES ; &

PM. MITCHELL DECIDED TO HAVE A

MEETING WITH THE PRESIDENT OF THE

ICC ; AND HE SNUBBED YOU !

My understanding is that HE did not show up .

IN ESSENCE HE SNUBBED THE THREE OF

YOU ; I HOPE THAT THE 3 OF YOU HAVE

THE TESTICULAR FORTITUDE TO TAKE

ACTION DIRECTLY AGAINST THE WICBC &

THE REGIONAL BOARDS .


BTW IT WOULD BE INSTRUCTIVE IF THE

THE THREE OF YOU READ ABOUT THE CASE

THAT WAS HELD IN THE INDIA SUPREME

COURT A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO .

This was the LODHAR CASE , the India
Cricket Board is structured similar
to the WICBC . the gist of this case
was that the BCCI was tardy in implementing Changes recommended by
the LODHAR COMMITTEE .

THE INDIA SUPREME COURT REMOVED THE

PRESIDENT OF THE BCCI FROM HIS

POSITION AS PRESIDENT OF THE BCCI ;

AND THE SECRETARY OF THE BCCI ALSO

WAS DISCIPLINED .


THIS WAS AFTER THE JUDGES ON THE

INDIA SUPREME COURT VERBALLY SLAPPED

AROUND THE OFFICIALS OF THE BCCI .

IT WOULD BE REMISS OF ME IF I FAILED

TO MENTION THE FACT THAT THE

PRESIDENT OF THE BCCI BROUGHT

TO COURT A LETTER FROM THE PRESIDENT

OF THE ICC . THAT LETTER WAS IGNORED

BY THE INDIA SUPREME COURT .

Prime Ministers Rowley ; Gonsalves &
Mitchell , please bear in mind this
fact .

WHEN THE GOVERNMENT OF GUYANA TOOK

THE GCB TO COURT ; NEITHER THE ICC

OR THE WICBC APPEARED IN COURT TO

SUPPORT THE GUYANA CRICKET BOARD .

I cite this to emphasize the fact
that Going to the ICC is utter
Stupidity if You intend to have the
Structure of West Indies Cricket completely changed .

What is truly unfortunate is the fact that in the Region there are
Governments that chose to be Allies
of the Worst International Cricket
Board in the Commonwealth .

Quite frankly , those Governments
prefer to publicly demonstrate that
they are devoid of Integrity , and
their behaviour tangibly demonstrates that THEY are really
not interested in returning Our Players & Teams to be fully competitive in the International
Cricket Arena .

UNLESS THERE ARE VERY SERIOUS

CHANGES IN ALL FACETS OF WEST INDIES

CRICKET , THE HISTORY OF THIS ERA

WILL NOT BE KIND TO THOSE IN THE

GOVERNANCE OF WEST INDIES CRICKET ;

IT WILL ALSO NOT BE KIND TO THOSE IN

THE MEDIA ; AND DEFINITELY WILL NOT

BE KIND TO THE GOVERNMENTS IN THE

REGION WHO DEMONSTRATED THAT THEY

LACKED THE TESTICULAR FORTITUDE TO

DO THE RIGHT THINGS IN REGARD TO

WEST INDIES CRICKET .

I am bringing this Post forward for
the benefit of Poster Opening ; who believes that I am ignorant of the fact that the Regional Governments are involved to some extent in West Indies Cricket .

The Regional Governments need to not only be fully involved in West Indies Cricket ;

THEY ALSO NEED TO HAVE A UNITED

STANCE WHEN DEALING WITH THE WICBC

THE WORST INTERNATIONAL CRICKET

BOARD IN THE COMMONWEALTH .
