That is not the US backyard and this is not without precedent.

Now that was not just in the US backyard, that was by the fireside.

America has its missiles and military bases in EVERYONE backyard all over the world, so no problems with Russia having presence in this side of the world

With all due respect to you "old bwoy", my Mommie taught me well, and I am a good student, affording me the option to stay up later than most.
