sigh...dieting does not have quick fixes....I did Keto in my 30s...dropped like 5 pounds n 2 weeks...
But then what next?
It is not sustainable...not conducive to weight training...where you need carbs....
and can encourage a bad habit of fat splurge...pushing up your lipids...
