I have a nifty top of the range Dell laptop couple years old,not too shabby nonetheless,I was trying to copy and paste a line with it but it's not highlighting for me to right click and copy,do you think it's something superficial as the pad or do you think it may be a program or processor issue?

Please advise,having observed your work in the copy and pasting department I humbly await your response.
