Sometime is wrong
Coaches, The Management team, and the Head of the BCA who has been around for almost two decades, should all be fired.
That organization needs a group of people, who want to improve cricket in the Island.
Forget about clubs or individuals at this time, look at getting Barbados cricket to where it was a decade or more ago

Conde is in the wrong position, he talk about getting the lottery, that's the kind of position he should keep.
The draft was held in May, yet two trials was in November.
BTW, Barbados have a number of young good cricket analysts

FIRST MISTAKE WAS to continuing sitting Harding Holder Springer and Stoute down for underperforming players

SECOND MISTAKE was to win the toss and put Guyana into bat with three spinners in your team and Harding your fastest bowler omitted.

THIRD MISTAKE was allowing Guyana with ordinary batsman to make all those runs...if it was 400 odd conceded Barbados stood a chance of winning.

Barbados deserve to be beaten soundly. Hope Springer Harding and Stoute play next match.

The energy was lacking on that team, I do think it is the holiday eating and drinking that made the guys sludgiest.
Do you know how many practice sessions this group had, in preparation for this match?

Could be a combination of holiday feasting and de-stressing after the Bangla failures.

But champion players de-stress by retaliating and performing in lower levels.

Brathwaite continues to struggle.

Chase continues to be inconsistent.

Roach bowls within himself

Brooks is a poor performer as a captain...even Kirk does better than him.

Cummins continues to be inconsistent.

Holder is recovering

Nurse is a fighter

Dowrich is a champion and he must be considered for new Barbados captain.

Openning...next match will be next week and I expect those test guys will be out. Springer,Stoute and Harding needs to play.

Greaves and Alleyne are struggling and batting very slow...Springer and Stoute brings more batting AND bowling to the team.

That team is a weak
Stoute and Nurse more suited for the shorter version, I cannot find any performance from Jones, that merit his selection, and Walsh is worse than Bishoo.

you could only pick from the existing squad unless they make changes.

you are playing at the Brian Lara ground in Trinidad where last year Walsh/Warrican/Williams routed Trinidad.

Walsh JR must play and Nurse once Warrican is out. Unless u go back for Benn,

Jones plays because of the additional spin option.

Your team must have at least TWO spinners playing on that ground.

I like that team Openning. Shian Brathwaite needs to be exposed at this level and will prove to be a perfect foil for Moseley. I understand Kid's preference for nuff spinners but good bowling is good bowling. Alzarri Joseph just skittled out TnT in conjunction with Cornwall for 96.
