With over 500,000 Guyanese living abroad, it seems counter-productive to eliminate these folks from holding political office in Guyana. The current Guyana population is not much higher than this.
The cream of the crop have dual citizenship and have expanded their horizons. They are assets to the development of that country.
The recent NCM not withstanding, I think the constitution ought to be changed to allow dual citizens to be able to develop Guyana politically.

Imagine what the likes of Dukes, LARR, Runs, Admin etc can do for Guyana if they had a portfolio
