CWI needs to hire Dr Shiv which I consider would be a great investment in development of young cricketers throughout the region to understand the value of their wickets, patience, team commitment and how to convert fifties into centuries.
There are many talented batsmen in the region but they need level heads at the crease with dedication, patience, sensible batting, reading each bolwer's strength and weaknesses, humility and value of your wicket, consistently. Tage seems to be in the making of his legendary dad, knowing the value of his wicket. Too many young batsmen seem to be auditioning for T20 by throwing away their wickets cheaply, with rash and irrational batting.

Worst International Cricket Board in the Commonwealth aka the WICBC ,has never been known to do sensible things .Its only concern is to stay
in the governance of West Indies Cricket .
NOTHING ELSE MATTERS TO THOSE IN THE
WICBC , THEIR OVERWHELMING SENSE OF
SUPERIORITY PREVENTS THEM FROM EVEN
THINKING OF DOING THAT .
That being the case , I seriously doubt that will happen . They would
quicker hire someone from outside the Region .

BTW , it is my understanding , that
