Good Man! Montano, that is.

Diversity needs to be celebrated especially in those societies that have these tensions.
Cross cultural awareness is important but sadly lacking among many, especially some of the back room inhabitants type who actually grew up with many cultures around but chose or were coerced, or impregnated with the ideology that "there is no Culture but One, My Culture only" sadly not only in thoughts but in physical aggression towards other cultures. Prominent in the early 60s moving forward.
I call them the Burnhamites.
When I first came here and called out the Burnhamites, the guilty ones twisted it and counterattacked claiming I was a racist. So be it.
Ignarance nah gat cure.
I still think 75% of Guyana's problem would be resolved if people see the good in each other, and understand even a little bit of each other's culture.
From my experience it has been unilateral only.
Also, see the bad for what it is and not just blindly defend because it is their own kind, of their own kind, a
disease that is very manifest and reeks of hypocrisy.
