#MAGAmorons.
The @GOP tax bill cost my family THOUSANDS of dollars this year on our return due to changes, thereby hitting us with the LARGEST tax increase of our lives.
We are middle-class homeowners, and you raised our taxes.
Infuriating!

white middle class and poor americans who vote republicans are generally interesting. not sure why they dont realize that Republican fiscal policies generally dont benefit them. these folks are probably still convinced that trickle down economics from the 80s will lead to a better economic position for them.

Worry about your LI tax reassessment. My business and income liability went down..and my wife brought home more money due tax cuts.
Only high taxed counties in LI and Westchester have to worry. But you guys are the ones where " money is in the wrong hands". People. Sucks dont it.
LI has six new Dem state senators go bitch to them to lower your property taxes.

The never think they are voting against their interest, in fact, to contrary, they do think they are voting their interest.
Let's explain, from the Franklin D. Roosevelt New Deal to the Lyndon Johnson Great Society, the Republican have often been against programs that helped the poor, even if they knew many of their white supporters were part of that group. They were able to convince them that minorities were benefiting more from the same programs that were most beneficial to their supporters.
Since the imposition of those great social programs, Republicans were intent on staving the government of funds necessary to support similar programs. Outside of supporting the military and other basic necessities to run the country, they would built up the debt and deficits, when in power, with tax cuts to the better well-off, especially the 1%, leaving less money in government to support any additional big social program.
Democrats would get into power and reduce the deficit, and as soon as Republican get back power, often through about fear of immigrants, or crime, or abortion or guns and through touting law and order, they would raid the treasury of funds for any future social programs, while at the same complaining that current social programs are the cause of increasing debt and rising deficits.
Republicans shout loudly about how terrible deficits are when Democrats are in power even in cases when deficits are essential to pulling the nation out of economic catastrophe, as was the case at the beginning of President Obamas first term.
But when the GOP takes control, its legions cheerfully embrace Dick Cheneys law and send deficits soaring. Recall what President George W. Bushs vice president said in 2002 justifying the 2003 tax cuts: Reagan proved deficits dont matter.
Deficits dont matter if they would impede handing out tax benefits to corporations and the affluent. But they put us on the brink of national bankruptcy and threaten a debt crisis, as House Speaker Paul Ryan put it in 2011, when Democrats want to finance programs for the middle class or the poor.
Fear drives the supporters of the GOP, something so well exploited from Reagan to Trump. Even if they are are hurt by GOP policies, they can't help themselves from drinking the Kool-Aid.

I do not know how you guys feel, but I am ecstatic for the deplorables. They get what they deserve.
They put a nincompoop in the White House and must now deal with their consequences of their stupidity.
Lock them up if they cannot pay their Tax Bill.
I hope Nitro and Maj are the main beneficiaries of that jail sentence.
I hope their tax bill is big enough to ruin them.
Lock them Up!!
In reply to embsallie
Ha..if you get back more in your paychecks over the year, how can you expect to receive a bigger refunds.
Stop the lies you're only fooling morons who hate DT and who don't understand simple tax law.
BTW my spouse got more back in her monthly checks and I had a lower tax liability for my business..so your wish goes unanswered and only bitch asses wish bad upon others.
The Republican party is for the privileged people, any one else that supports them have issues or poor judgement, Trump policies will eventually take away the common people money, Bush with his unnecessary war took away the common man's children
