An implied threat with a photo, which he later deleted.
Stone, a longtime confidant of President Trump, deleted the picture soon afterward, then reposted it without the crosshairs before deleting that second post as well.
An implied threat with a photo, which he later deleted.

This guy is an idiot.20 years in the pen coming up.
Nuh worry....pardon in the offing

Stone, Trump et al believe that they are above the law. How else can you explain their stupidity.
question
If one gets a monetary fine as part of his sentence and ultimately pardoned , is that money given back to criminal/ex criminal?
In reply to Dukes
And you guys thought Trump acted like a 5th grader?
This guy is unbelievably juvenile.
I hope the judge throw the book at him. These guys like Trump know how to use the media to send their little subliminal messages. Like hiding things in plane sight. He probably had the apology before he posted what he did on Twitter. They know once its out there you cant take it back no matter the apology. The apology is just to get away with the intent of the message. So message sent. I hope the judge recognize this for what it is.
What a lunatic!

Big boss, i would never attempt to defend that. That guy reminds me of someone who should be a friend of a villain in a Batman movie.
I know i just left myself open with that last statement but it is true.

I emailed 4 of my colleagues this morning asking them if they have ever heard of a "Notice of Apology".
I received three "No" and 1 "WTF is that?"
Stone's lawyers are literally inventing a new court procedure to save their client's ass from going to jail until his trial.

Think the judge going to remand him? Maybe not even though he deserves the Manfort treatment
In reply to SnoopDog
Typical rogue behavior from republicans who think they are above the Law.
Lock Him Up!!
I hope he gets jailed just for that threat and then sentence him for other crimes and misdemeanors.
