It's clear that the people that know about collusion are not talking, and with little help from the Russians, it might be impossible to get to the truth. However, I think there are enough wrongdoings to get Trump impeached.

Defrauding the US
Witness tampering
Obstruction of justice
Campaign finance violations
And, there's something else that Cohen touched on briefly that he was not able to discuss in public.

The real issue for Trump is going to be his future as a businessman. Maybe his children can continue to prosper without him and he can be a background figure.
