Dude, it is only natural for a human being to think about these things, if not for their own inferiority complex, at least to have ongoing thoughts as to how to best please a partner or improve on the treats/pleasures.

Men refuse Prostate exam like the plague, being homophobic fearing their latent homosexuality would be aroused.
If you tell them they might die, no response.
If docs tell them that it will affect their manhoon, they might comply.

If the BPH is caught early, they probably would not have problems in bed.
If the cancer is caught early, they could live a long, as well as happy in bed, life.

I think everybody should have this attitude when a certain doc asked a patient about fears of having a rectal exam, he said "Don't worry Doc, shit done tek mi virginity long time now."
