2. Griffith did not bring?
3. Rousseau did not bring?

4. Why will our cricket be better off with you at the head?

Why should WE Trust Mr. Skerritt when
HE is a part of the Problem He is
already tainted , therefore my perspective is that HE cannot be a
part of the solution .

What is needed as I have continuously
advocated in this Forum is the removal
of ALL Current Members of the WIBC &
the Regional Cricket Boards .

THEY HAVE BEEN AND ARE A LARGE PART

OF THE PROBLEM , THEY THEREFORE

CANNOT BE A PART OF THE SOLUTION .

In essence they are already TAINTED.

WE simply cannot afford to have these people set in their Ideas at
the helm of a Restructured West Indies Cricket Board .

In essence when a Person who has Cancer it is excised , The Worst International Cricket Board in the
Commonwealth is afflicted with a Cancer that prevents its Members from making meaningful Structural
Changes . THEY , therefore cannot be
a part of the Solutions regarding
West Indies Cricket .

As an Independent Director, Skerritt only attends 4 meetings per year. So I gather those kinds of Directors are not involved in all decisions.

Therein Lies the Freaking Problem ,
this is precisely why there must be

A COMPLETE RESTRUCTURING OF THE WICBC/

CWI AND ALL THE REGIONAL CRICKET

BOARDS IN THE REGION .

I have been stating this from the
2nd.January 2003 . Before dealing with the Players , it is imperative
that WE have a Complete Restructuring of ALL Cricket in the
Region .

I do not have a problem regarding
Governments giving the WICBC/CWI Money , However that must only be done when ALL CRICKET BOARDS in the
Region are completely Restructured .

Players in my opinion must have input in ALL Cricket Boards .

THEY MUST HAVE AN INPUT , AND NOT

BE TREATED AS SERFS BY THE VARIOUS

CRICKET BOARDS IN THE REGION .

It is high time WE denounce this
Massa Mentality , that has its Origin when those in the WICBC were
" White " and most of Our Players were of a different pigmentation .

The Idiots in the WICBC to this very day relish this demarcation , because it allows them to treat Our
Players like Serfs .

In my opinion it is precisely this
attitude & behaviour , that caused
Cameron to be callous regarding the
Freaking Fact that he did not precisely know what level Contract
Darren Bravo had .

CAMERON DID NOT BELIEVE THAT NOT

KNOWING WHAT LEVEL CONTRACT BRAVO

HAD WAS IMPORTANT . HOWEVER IT WAS

IMPORTANT TO BRAVO .

My perspective is that Once ALL
Cricket Boards in the Region are
Restructured ; WE have to insure that the Relations between ALL Boards & Cricketers are harmonious .

Unless this is done We aint going to
have any freaking Progress in West
Indies Cricket .

Currently in my opinion Most of those in the Region who claim to be Sports Journalists , in actuality are devoid of the Testicular Fortitude to be Critical of ALL the
Cricket Boards in the Region .

They have become Sycophants of the
Worst International Cricket Board in
the Commonwealth ; and its Satellite
Cricket Boards . It is their timidity that has emboldened the WICBC & the other Regional Cricket Boards to become Dictatorial .

The Hero worshiping of Cricket Boards in the Region is detrimental
to West Indies Cricket .

My mantra in all my public service over the years has been transparency

As you know both the VP and I believe in a robust management structure.That aspect is our forte

We will sit down with the players and WIPA and have a frank discussion with them, so that we can achieve our goals which are financial security for the players allied to a strong commitment to be available to represent WI cricket

This is indeed a complex matter and we pledge restructuring our cricket from the grassroots.this would involve working co-operatively with both Governments and NGO's in the regions to ensure that not only more cricket is played in the region but schools cricket must become more common.

We will take a look at that to see what impact that has on our cricket

This question is prejudicial.I would say that the selection panel will be held accountable like all appointed officers of the Board
