Happy with that. I don't think anyone took the t20s seriously, with the world cup round the corner.

In reply to brians_da_best … oh that's what you think. All of a SUDDEN is the #1 format.

i was pleasantly surprised by the result. I don't mind the T20 result either, but i'm an old timer. I would definitely like them to succeed at the WC though.

We won despite our usual lingering weaknesses, we suppressed them in the tests and ODIs and showed them again in the t20s:

We can't handle pressure
We can't handle when the pitch offers assistance to the bowlers

In reply to CricketLuva4 … then how we came out on top in the test series and ODI match that had pitches of that nature?

Dead Test and dying ODI cricket are killing the WI T20 team. evil

They are still weaknesses.

We just strung several good days of cricket together.

Let us string a good year of cricket at home and away before we celebrate too hard.

Was expecting the T20s to end on a high. Planned my day in anticipation of at least 2 exciting matches.

I didn’t think the 3rd one was going to go after it did.

The results in the T20 may have been different if there were cricketers with fresh legs,
