.. after shooting in mosque which killled 27 people.
The third cricket test between the Black Caps and Bangladesh in Christchurch has been called off after a shooting at a nearby mosque this afternoon.
The shooting happened just minutes away from Hagley Oval, where the test was set to be held, and the Bangladesh cricket team narrowly avoided the incident, having to flee the scene.
The team had just arrived at the Al Noor Mosque for Friday prayer when a gunman opened fire, with video showing several Bangladeshi players and media escaping the scene.
Both Bangladesh and NZ players are giving their opinions in their twitter accounts, some are in the above link.

It is very unfortunate Bangla called off the tour. They miss an opportunity to show solidarity with NZ. Bangladesh just never seem to miss an opportunity every time in every aspect of their country they have missed opportunities when it matters most.

I dont that cancellation has been confirmed yet.

Unfortunately, nobody showed solidarity with Pakistan when they suffered from terrorist attacks.
I don't blame them for putting their own safety first. I would too, if my personal safety was at risk.

Ditto
The killer is a Trump loving white supremacist from Australia who was sick enough to livestream this slaughter

I hear you, but I still feel they should have stayed to demonstrate solidarity and to show Australia, England, NZ they will stay and play on and not let terrorist win- this is exactly what Pakistan has been asking for.
