And for all those calling for this person and that person to be included are only kidding themselves.
Selectors should be wary of bring together a disparate group of 'brilliant' cricketers to make up a WC squad who do not know their roles, understand the team philosophy, bonded and played together as a team.
Wholesale changes in personnel should be avoided at all cost. From IPL straight into WC is not the panacea to WI problems.

Team dynamics will be important for the CWC
In reply to InHindsight here wondering, should T20 form be the basis for an ODI call up?
In reply to natty_forever
you mean the competition format do you?
I don't have an opinion right now. What's the issue?
In reply to InHindsight if Pollard et all gets selected it would be on T20 form. Is that a good thing, especially if their ODI record is poor?
In reply to natty_forever
To pick Pollard ahead of some others would be pyure madness.
I'd pick Brathwaite ahead of Pollard in this case as a matter of principle.

Rubbish
We win a World Cup using that very MO
In reply to Halliwell
Rubbish indeed....the last time we won a World Cup T20 wasn't even invented.
The objective is to read the previous posts carefully so that you know what the topic is about.

Firstly this is ODIs not T20. Second the scenario is not the same. Putting together the team you parochials are suggesting will not win the WC
Chaulk and cheese.
Keep wish.

Some here are only interested in their hommies not WI cricket.
How was team dynamics in the T20 against England?
A T50 team with supposedly good dynamics got trashed
In reply to pariaman
Shhhhhhh
Let the readers read
So ODI team dynamics is different from T20I team dynamics and Test Cricket team dynamics.
Wow
Someone should tell CWI that this bombshell requires three separate management teams.
