Cause he is in such incredible form- I believe he is at peak, but then come World Cup, I am worried he may have peaked too early in the IPL.


I hope he stays in form for the WC, if he performs as well as he is now at IPL, it will go a long way towards us bringing home the trophy.

Well I am hoping you are right and i am wrong, I am a believer that a sportsman can peak too early and for our sake, we want him to peak at the WC, but he is now doing it at the IPL.

Universe Boss asked to play in the World Cup more than a year ago

He made himself available for the qualifiers

He wants this bad....and he is not in this form by accident...he knows retirement is around the corner...and what a place to go out in glory

I expect the Uniboss to deliver big time at the WC2019....but he would obviously need others to step up too...if the WI team is bring the trophy home.

There's a big difference in Gayle this (IPL) season.

Usually he shoots his load early and then never heard from again. This season he seems to be spreading the loads around.

Hopefully it continues into and through the WC.

I for one glad to see him find form, would of been very worry if he wasn't scoring

And thus my concern, is he at peak now and if so, can he keep it going through the WC? We all know what follows a peak.
