Pollard and Narine non selection

Is a travesty when one considers that Bratwaithe and Nurse have been chosen ahead of them.

Fabian Allen and Pooran could be considered lucky but they are ones for the future and on the few occasions we have seen them they have shown potential

You are in grave danger of embarrassing yourself due to your lack of knowledge as to why Narine was not selected. He is currently STRUGGLING to bowl 4 overs in the IPL and both he, his manager and the selectors are aware that he CAN NOT BOWL 10 OVERS!!!!!

Pollard was not competing with Brathwaite for a place but with Russell..We are more expecting an explosive innings from Russell/Pollard than them bowling 10 overs.Similarly we are more expecting 10 overs from Paul/Brathwaite than an explosive innings.

paul should of been selected in place of carlos.

Pollard couldn't come in ahead of Russell. Indeed it would have been a traversty to pick him on T20 "itinerant" cricket, in which his form has been checkered, recently.

Narine unpicked himself.

Perhaps you should check Pooran's stats in the last Super 50 before calling him lucky again.

Brathwaite is the lucky one.

May be that he's ahead of Keemo in batting or was it Keemo's limited outings due to injury gave Braff the nod.

I feel it for Keemo. I like the lad.

PS
I forgot lucky Fabian

Maybe Pollard ,, but we need to get it straight with Narine, he has no interest in playing International cricket because of how getting called for throwing could affect his earnings ( which is I can understand ).

In reply to InHindsight… CB performance in the last 2 ODIs against England is what kept him his place.

Didn't realize that. Then again I am a binge CCC observer.

The more I read the more I realize how little I know.

The more reason to never be cocksure. smile

I was about to ask you to elaborate but Straight Drive shot the link straight at me to see. cool
