Even crossed my mind if he did a kartel and released it from jail some time ago,but then I remember Uncle Sam wouldn't have had that..

Nice chune dat. The references to the Air Jamaica sale and Sangster outsourcing in the song are puzzling though because those 2 entities were draining the treasury before being "spun off."
