BCCI does not allow Indian Cricketers to be tested for drugs.
When playing in India are cricketers from other countries tested for drugs or is India a drug-testing-free country for all cricketers?

As you know, the big issue is out-of-competition drugs testing.
When Russell failed to provide data for three testing dates, he was hit with a one-year ban by JADCO. However, that won't happen to an Indian cricketer, because the BCCI don't allow them to be subjected to whereabouts testing.

BCCI active here, why they move this to the back?

Ok. So are foreign cricketers in India still subject to testing while in India?
