I really don't see the necessity.

He has been labelled a hatemonger...

In honesty, I haven't looked at his stuff in years...he was a rich source in the post 9/1 world and many other conspiracies that didn't get mainstream attention.

As with most conspiracy sites you have to filter through some real left field stuff.

I never tagged him as a hatemonger or inciter of violence.

Maybe his conspiracy claims in mass shootings are insensitive to victims

Is this sufficient reason to ban

Infowars fella? He claimed that Sandy Hook was a hoax and that the families were liars. If you do not ban that then you are going to be in a rock and a hard place on banning some vile things.

Idk...I do not believe in absolute truth. There are infinite versions of every story with a certain percent closer to credibility.

We choose to believe what we want to believe.

Usually based on a combination of compelling evidence and our own biases.

Those that believe something without compelling evidence do so strictly on bias.

That bias will exist with or without someone to poke it....in other words...let people say what they have to say

I think you are marginalizing what he does. How would you feel if you lost a son or daughter in the Sandy Hook shooting and a guy was saying you are faking it?

10 families are suing him. If Facebook allowed that they are opening themselves up for a lawsuit.

Alex Jones is the lowest form of life. The guy actually tried to profit off the dead Connecticut school kids.

Agreed. Nothing is worse than someone who is spewing hate for the sole purpose of profit; not genuine belief.

Which brings me to Laura Ingraham who panders to racist nationalists yet she dated an Indian and adopted a child from a place Trump would call a shithole country.

Now how do you go home to your daughter and tell her that you bat for the same team as Donald Trump is beyond me.

Maybe in the spirit of free speech an alternative to banning would be to make everything of his come with a WARNING! For example... "Alex Jones is a lying hateful Skunt" smile
