Dunno if anybody as noticed but Holder needs to face a few overs/balls before he can get the move, as in getting the slog in

Agreed, cant slog effectively. But he is a more than decent player. Especially given the surplus of left handed specialists in the line up, I think he should bat higher up order. After Hetty but before Pooran and Russell unless we are down to 10 overs to go.

I am leaning toward the camp that says he needs to to bat lil further up the order to get the most from him.
