So Tino, How Did Ottis Fix Roach's Noball Problem
Just in case Tino reads CC.com
- Made his once previous bustling run up to the wicket much much slower(lethargic at times)
- Made his action more deliberate and upright at the popping crease.
However, I opine the cause of Roachs significant drop in pace besides the injury, is his lack of a good smooth transition from his run up to final delivery stride.

I also heard that Ottis stopped Roach from bowling those toe-crushing yorkers that featured early in his career. Roach Yorker Breaks Bat Apparently the extra effort was causing him to overstep.
But I want to hear what Tino has to say ...

TINO BEST once visited the Virgin Islands. They are now the Islands.
If you try to introduce your mother to TINO BEST, she'll introduce you to your biological father.

Even if Otis stopped him from bowling the toe crushing yorkers, it still wouldn't be the same as they once was as roach has dropped over 10 MPH in pace. Otis & Roach went in the right direction, in him getting more skillful as he can no longer rely on the express pace he had. Not much bowler has the luxury of losing that amount of pace, and still cause problem to champion teams. Since Roach has been back in 2017, all his test series has been good to excellent.
