Bland's family reached a $1.9 million settlement in a wrongful death lawsuit against Waller County
They must know of something nefarious and advised to signed a settlement.

Yes – but his lawyers did not know about her cell phone recording account of her arrest --- and charges were dropped against the arresting officer because he claimed at his trial that he was fearful for his life ---- this video clearly shows he was not in any such danger --- so ----
