The Democrats tends to be cautious, they should at least start the impeachment proceedings, there is enough evidence there to make them act.

They need to have the witnesses testify publicly to sway public opinion as the majority of Americans have not read the report and are basing on their confirmation biased news outlets.

If that part was the actual case they would have gotten a good idea re the Mueller report, except of course they only watch Faux news.
Majority have based their opinion on what Barr said in the 4 page Summary and his press conference. There is a marked, astonishing difference between the Barr's 4 page Summary/Press Conference and the Mueller report.
