Admit nothing, Deny everything and attack attack, attack. Trump will lie to his grave than give ground on anything even in the face of overwhelming evidence he will not back down

I am not sure how you move the needle on public support with closed door testimony and inability to get people to testify. This haphazard strategy by the democrats is wasting valuable time. Just willy nilly getting whomever into to testify not moving the needle cuz it lacks overall direction, logic without guiding people to a decision point. They need to paint a picture/narrative that culminate in something significant and damning. Done in such a way that it put 100% of the decision completely at the foot of the republicans and if not done they will bear the weight of that decision with the public, electorate and their party. T provide rank evidence of corruption, illegality and criminality and not do anything will burn the Republicans. I am afraid the Democrats are well on their way to screwing this up.

Agreed, they are trying their best despite the stonewalling, a point may soon come when they may have no choice. They are being cautious, perhaps overly so in order to build their case.
