No one plays professional sport to fail...he needs to look at himself.
When the team wins, its is because he is a genius; when they lose its because the players are inept.
Just wait for his grand pronouncement:

Not a big fan of how he's putting certain guys down in the media tbh.Not good for team morale in general.
