He just said on CBS local news that shootings are down & there has to be a holistic approach to prevent shootings, etc. etc. But, the more serious shoite was the stray bullets over the past weeks that have killed or maimed citizens. Remember pre-Guiliani, when that shoite was the norm, eh? Eh? I noticed the trend years ago of how this city is regressing & I keep telling alyuh mudda counts that Demoncraps have no idea on law enforcement. None!
