Holder should stay as Test Captain.

But he needs to go as ODI Captain.

Skerritt and his staff have to devise a way how to get these players to be more consistent because there are not many people who are challenging them for their position in the team, maybe better training facilities. Holder is a poor captain period, too passive, but how is he replace would be interesting, no obvious options.

In the present wi set up your captain should come from among your most capped and consistent players with a business like approach and the winning instinct aka killer instinct...my top pic therefore is Roach.

i am seriously wondering whether the amazing captaincy shown by Holder in the test series against England, which appeared to happen out of the blue and then disappeared in the following tri series and World Cup, was not really the work of the Pybus lead coaching staff whispering in his ear at key moments. Anyone with me on this? We can see what happens during the India series before we cast judgment (or rather postings)

Real Cricket:Test and ODI
Any serious international team would have world class players who master both versions and we once did and must strive to do again.
NOT the popcorn versions
