In reply to Devin You are 23x more likely to be involved in a crash (NYS doesnt want you to say accident anymore; atleast 75% of accidents are due to driver errors) if you are using a mobile phone or using your GPS while the vehicle is traveling - a big fat fine & 5 points on your license where your insurance company will gladly up your premiums!

I got caught a month before there were demerit points. Had to pay that big ass fine though. Wasn't even really on my phone.

All I know is that, based on this ad, I ain't getting State Farm insurance.
That kid will not be my role model.
Maybe it was directed towards those "challenged" people who do drive a car around.
