Many Persons in this Forum seem oblivious to this fact ; and blindly
support the WICBC .

They can seek solace in the fact that the Blind Mice in the Region
who are really Faux Sports Journalists are also avid Supporters
of the WICBC .

WHEN THE WICBC IS UNDER PRESSURE IT

LOUDLY PROCLAIMS THAT IT IS

COMMISSIONING A REPORT . THIS HAS

BEEN ITS MODUS OPERANDI FOR YEARS .


These Reports never see the light of day , and the WICBC carries on doing
business as usual .

The WICBC Serfs in the Media as usual vent their anger on Our Players who play a lot less Cricket
than their Opponents in International Cricket .

WHEN ONE LOOKS AT THE STATS. OF OUR

PLAYERS & COMPARE THEM TO THE STATS

OF PLAYERS IN OTHER INTERNATIONAL

CRICKET TEAMS ; THE DIFFERENCE IS

EXCEEDINGLY STARK .

Just doing that generally forcast
the Outcome of those matches are seldom in doubt .

THE FACT IS THAT THE GREATNESS &

DOMINANCE OF OUR PLAYERS IN THE

INTERNATIONAL CRICKET ARENA HAD

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO WITH THE

STEWARDSHIP OF THE WICBC .

It was achieved because Our Players
were engaged playing Cricket out of the Region , and the International
Tour Schedule in those days made it
possible for our Players to get acclimatized to weather conditions ;
bounce of Pitches ; and they were
supremely fit in honed in all facets
of the game .

BTW IN THOSE ERAS WE DID NOT HAVE

A REGIONAL CRICKET LEAGUE .

Fans have to be empowered- they must become true advocates and take civic action...

And this is our problem right here. And until we fix our problem, nothing will change.

Everything else posters identify as problems are really symptoms of the problem.

I see posters identifying bowling, batting, pitches, IPL, T-20 et all as our problem, none of that matters in the bigger picture.'

When we repeal and replace our plantation model with a competent modern day structure, it will give us the leadership to harness our talent (batting, bowling, players relations, stake holder relations, wealth generation, grass root development, marketing acumen, etc etc) and become the best.

But, what of other countries' board structure? Have they updated/modify/refine their board's structure? Do we know? Whose board has had changes & did their team improved? Remember, we are a small conglomerate of territories & nothing really changes (as we are socialistic inclined - ooops, maybe I shouldnt have gone there, eh Runs?)!
