So the question is why did you send a team to stink up the joint that you had no confidence in, this man is failing to recognize how his stupid moves affected the team before the competition seems more arrogant than comrade Dave

There is some truth in this though

However, I did not expect this group to bring home the trophy because we should have been preparing from four years ago for this tournament. Instead, we were focusing on Test cricket, which we are at the bottom of the ladder

If we were paying attention, Holder would have been replaced at least a year ago, Nurse and Bishoo would have been abandoned and we would have tried other spinning options.

Pooran would have been in the squad much sooner as well.

There is absolutely no hope for West Indies cricket.

We cannot effect a proper problem identification, how can we fix the problem? We come up with all sorts of flimsy excuses for our worthlessness performances on the cricket field instead of saying we are not good enough and take it from there.

Skerritt, you have started on the wrong footing. You have not confronted the problem.

Cut the crap - no rational person expected us to win. We did better than expected and came close in three games.

We played qualifiers and then Bangladesh whipped us.

If your expectations are low; how can your rise?
If you expect not to win..You are more likely lose.

Was Darren Sammy irrational along with the legends who thought we could win?

Skerritt is not up to the task.

I guess I'm not rational then because as a West Indies fan I was hopeful that our boys would spring a few surprises on the cricketing world and maybe go all the way, I never wrote them out because I know that despite the lack investment in our cricket, our boys have the talent to tke on any team in world cricket. I guess Mr Skerritt didnt bother to believe in these group of young men and that is embarrassing. Whats funny is he talks about chopping and changing yet he was the one who chopped and changed the coaching staff and the selection committee a month before a major engagement yet he has the gall to blame the previous administration. Utterly ridiculous!!!

Mr. Skeritt,

We are at the bottom of the heap in both ODI and Test Cricket and getting close to it in T20! We are just happy little bottom dwellers right now. I think that this forum will soon invest you with the title "KO (Kittitian idiot)"

Plain simple, then sent injured players to the biggest cricket stage. The tournament was long and demanding. Poor planning and administration again plagued Windies. Change selection committee and coaches 5 weeks before the WC, and Skerritt trying to pull wool over the public eyes, by saying it won’t have made a difference!!! Beware of “bro Skerritt “
