I would say he gets excellent marks for being SILENT and mostly INVISIBLE ....that strategy seems to working....no one is bothering him

Why do people ask silly questions?
For a poster to ask such a stupid question means that the poster is clueless as to the excellent work Mr.Adams is doing behind the scene for WI criket.
Folks who tend to show off, who always glamour for the spotlight, who always want to be seen on tv, those are the folks who cares only about themselves and not about WI cricket.
Folks who stay in the background but work hard and diligently to make WI cricket are better for WI cricket.

What do you want to see happen to him- fired? Is he negligent in his duties?
I haven't given much thought to his position because for me the focus should be on the repeal and replacement of the plantation model. Just focusing on one position and one person in the lower end of the hierarchy is antithetical to the bigger need.
