Bolt has always struck me as a very genuine fellow. For him to come out and say this means that he really thinks that those guys can do better and the criticism is not warranted.

I sincerely hope that they take his words to heart in a positive manner and do something better about their efforts on the track.

PLEASE DO NOT RETALIATE AGAINST USAIN BOLT IN ANY WAY!!

Sad, it is not just in sports. Politicians, businessmen, motorists, cops...i could go on.
When i think about it, discipline could have been an advantage if Comrades had their way with Communism in the 70s. The Cubans are said to be a disciplined society.

Some businessmen, yes. Even the ones here in Toronto. A decade ago I regularly went to Jamaican place on my usual lunch break coz who really wants BK, MickyDs and all dat shyte. One day it was locked. Next day I asked the man what happened. You know what he said?

"Bwaaay, mi never feel like mek di drive out ya yestideh afta dat party last night, yu nuh."

confused shock

There was no communism in Jamaica in the seventies. Even the dear departed Eddie has acknowledged this.

What there was, though, was lots of spin and propaganda about communism. And that is what helped to excite the Yankees who were already hopping mad about the Bauxite levy. That was the promise they exacted from Eddie for their help with the 1980 election.

And how they helped!

And when he did not come through they dropped him like a hot rotten potato in 1986.

Just so you know.

Jamaica is a un-civilize society, corruption is the order of the day. Scamming is now ingrain in every persona

If you don’t work hard and train hard, how can you be great? I remember when Warren Weir got to the level he was at, he started taking days off to go to Florida, just randomly he and Jason Young, missing training. He is not going to say that but who does that in the middle of a season?

No wonder his performances fell drastically after 2012

Ok Comrade.

Is Seaga to blame for the indisciplined society as well?

I would like to think that there is enough respect for Bolt that those the cap fits will do some introspection...once can hope...
