The fat lump dive on the poor ground instead of running across and fielding the ball . . . seriously?
Lose what weight? 15 pounds?

Rahkeem time?
Out for a duck, and only one wicket in his 10-over spell on a pitch that favoured bowlers (1-41).
The only players who did even marginally well in this match were Powell and Carter, who hit 41s, and Jordan and Chase, who took three wickets and four wickets respectively.

Did you watch any of his bowling Mike? If you are looking at an off spinners readiness for international cricket, it's important to actually watch and see what took place and what are his skills, especially against batsmen from the sub-continent.
Now I saw a rare breed of West Indian spinner who thought about his bowling, change his pace and angles. Most vitally for an offie, he beat the batsman on both the outside edge and the inside edge.
He bowled Vihari, a very fine player of spin, through the gate having beaten him on the outside edge with an arm ball shortly before. It's things like that we should be looking out for, not just stats.
I do concede he was out playing a horrendous shot though. He needs to do better than that.

I saw, I posted the link, I was impressed only by his size...
In reply to Beamer
the scoreboard experts wont see what ur talking about
cornwall has been doing this for sometime in the A-team games
he clearly has skills
and only those biased against him will say otherwise
In reply to Barry
What a nasty little person you are. And the word is weight not wait.
What gives you the right to get so personal with Cornwall?
In reply to mikesiva
Could understand you bigging up Jordan bowling figures.. all his wickets were top order batsmen..
Yuh quick to say Cornwall aint ready but ready to big up Chase who started bowling when the top 6 of the opposition team were back in the pavilion.. strange
Did you even watch the game?
In reply to bobby

Point taken. What were your thoughts on Pierre. i did not get to watch much but I got hopes for him
In reply to Logic
He was good, threatening at times
Still need to see more of him in the longer formats, but very promising
In reply to conman
I can see more of the big man.... in the stands...

Seems a re-incarnation of a poster from many years ago who caused real jokes on this MB, along with a fake T20 league lol
In reply to jen
Excuse me? Because i disagree with you and your insularity?
In reply to Barry
what insularity?
In reply to jen
Correct is right
You could hear the jet engine in the background
In reply to Narper
You are like a drunk old woman slandering me on a million threads. I am not afraid of you... never will be....stay away from puncheon...
In reply to Narper
while posting on his blackberry
Sighhhh ... I miss those days of the MB lol
extra weight comes with risks . . . the big man could be healthy and fit but we need to see the numbers. Even though Narper is not fat, he is unhealthy because he abuses alcohol . . .
In reply to Logic
Pierre has skills also. He beat s couple of batsman in flight. It was so nice to see West Indian spinners flighting the ball and showing variation, I'm tired of Nurse and Allen's darts
