a world cup finalist, and possibly winner
would not have that in his lifetime in the WI

Jofra Archer is...
Shows what a good system can do.
In reply to natty_forever
Or a good player in a good team
In reply to FuzzyWuzzy
How he got there? At U19 was on par with his peers, yet went into another system and the sky the limit. Can we show one such from that U19 team?
In reply to doosra
I sadly agree.
His discipline is precisely what we need more of our bowlers to have.
The talent is not the issue ...its always been discipline.
Our former greats- disciplined.
one can never discount the effect of the system he is playing in
tho county cricket is not what it used to be
JA is better off there and has developed his craft
left here he might have been just another one of the many we have had over the years
In reply to FuzzyWuzzy
Yep! Akin to LeBron in Miami!
In reply to doosra
Good for the young man. But, I wish he was playing for WI
In reply to solidrock
like how we wish so many of you foreigners had stayed and build your islands?
In reply to doosra
His line and length is impeccable
The sudden bouncer
The smooth run up
Its like he has honed Ambi Walsh and Holding into that frame of his and being very effective.
AND alyuh know what....Archer seems very comfortable in this team and he seems to be enjoying his cricket

Narps
the man is making a living
this year alone he will earn over 1m pounds in prizes and contracts
why worry with a lowly wi?
he's doing what's best for him and his family
Courtesy????
Check your database, please.
They are coming around.
In reply to TheTrail
not gonna find me in there
i was , as usual, one of the first to say he is better off there
the system helped him, it pays better, etc etc
In reply to doosra
Archer did best for Archer...end of story
Like we all try to do
In reply to TheTrail
Will do. But off the top of my head, not Doosra.
Raggs and Larr are the main protagonists.
In reply to Courtesy

In reply to doosra
...and Raggs wants to kick the ladder out of Jofra Archer's reach.
And Larr resides on Burmham Street in Guyana.
In reply to Courtesy

In reply to doosra

Cherri
Let me apologize for sharing this here now.
Archer was injured
No one checked for him...didnt look back
When he got better and the opportunity presented itself , he grabbed it with both hands.
This is how he felt
No one can blame the lad and if he was my son I would have supported him and encouraged him in the England direction too.
