Seventeen years old and allowed to go see some one far way she met in Instagram. Parents should be charged. Not this day and age would I allow my daughter to do anything remotely close to this.

yes absolutely if not her then someone else..glad he killed himself, did everyone a favor.
Social media is terrible in controlling these heinous acts. I suspect they do not want to do anything about it. People who watch and share these types of videos are beyond morality, I for one could not bring myself to watch.
