THEN:
"Trump is a Race-baiting, Xenophobic, religious bigot....."
He was also a supposedly very good friend to Jon McCain who must be rolling over in his grave
NOW:
"This squad of four are Communists, They hate Israel, They hate this country and they are Anti semitic......"
Who is more anti semitic than the
White Nationalists that worship Trump and the Republicans? After all they were the ones who say "Jews will not replace us" in their rallies.
Oh the hypocrisy!
Do you hear these guys calling out the White nationalists? No.
Why you ask? Because they belong to the same ilk. However they will attempt to pick on women and view them as second class citizens.
Now they have a Moron trumpeting their cause so you will not hear Republicans rebuke the President in Public.
My feeling is that Trump feels threatened by these women who make him feel impotent.

Lindsey Graham is up for reelection in 2020.

Oh I will, trust me on that.
Twice, three times if I have to. Trump has already said the elections are rigged anyway.

Sadly the majority of his supporters ARE Trump supporters, hence the 180 degrees.
I can sit here and criticize the Republican Party for who they are, but they control the Senate, the Supreme Court, the Presidency and most State Houses. If their viewpoint is the minority, why are they winning?
The President of the United States has openly proclaimed that United States citizens with family roots elsewhere (like nearly all of its citizens) hate America and should go back to their family's country of origin, and the statement was met with mostly silence among Republican leaders and likely glowing approval from a significant number of voters. Apparently, the United States of America as a country has decided to tolerate racism.
In America, most whites barely interact with people of color and are frightened of and threatened by them, wearing the fig leaf of non-racism in what is and always has been a profoundly racist country. Non-white Americans know this very well. It's only the whites who are reliably shocked by it.
So buckle up, America, and do everything possible to slow the top-down national degradation of simple human decency. I know you can't stop it entirely until this malignant cardboard caricature of a "leader" is removed from office by the popular outrage that he, himself, generates with gratuitously cruel and mindless abandon.
The GOP's mask is finally, fully off. Now that the demographics of the country are threatening their power, they've placed their bet on activating enough voters who think the United States is, first and foremost, for the benefit of white people. This is called white supremacy, period. Voting for the GOP going forward is an endorsement of white supremacy. There is no talking your way around it.
That being said, it also begs the question: what to do about it, except for condemning this in the most unambiguous way possible?
