This is precisely why I firmly believe
that WE should get an hiatus of 2 years
frpm playing International Cricket to
have a Total Restructuring of Cricket
in the Region .

WE Must first reject the current 100
plus Structure of the WICBC , which is unquestionably The Worst International
Cricket Board in the Commonwealth .

In my opinion Former Players & Current Players MUST have representation in the Entity Replacing the WICBC .

I expect that the Governments in the
Region will give Financial Support in
this new Entity . THEY must also have
Representation in this New Entity .

All Coaches MUST BE from the Region ,
I my opinion THEY would have a better
understanding and rapport with Our
Players .

Anyone who doubts that need to look at the performances of Our Players
who won 2 consecutive World Championships in the Shortest version
of the game .

As soon as the WICBC regained control
of this format of the Game , they fired those who Coached Our Players
to be best in the World in this version of the Game .

using the word Limbo is absolutely correct , the WICBC is currently making
Our Players metaphorically going Lower
& Lower like a Limbo Dancer , in the
International Cricket Arena .

There will never be progress in West
Indies Cricket , until or unless There
are completely new Structures in the
WICBC & The Regional Cricket Boards
Our Teams will be forever wallowing at or near the Bottom of International Cricket .
