NZ remains heads and shoulders above all when it comes to the social welfare of its employees despite limited revenue when compared to the big 3.
I do not believe Aus or India have even conceptualized maternity leave.
New Zealand women's captain Amy Satterthwaite will be taking an indefinite break from cricket as she prepares to have her first child with her wife and team-mate Lea Tahuhu. A New Zealand Cricket statement said Satterthwaite will return to the game "when the time is right", but she will continue to be contracted under the newly introduced Women's Master Agreement.

Man, simply. Folks should live and let live. We spend too much time trying to impose our values on others. Sometimes we forget to live our own lives.
Life is too short for constant bickering on things we cannot change. Leads to frustration, disease and discontent.
