That was not the point of the post and frankly I don’t remember.
What the article highlights and what I do remember is that there were a number of communication and management issues relating to Skerritt’s time with the WICB. The expectations surrounding him and the notion that he will somehow be a savior of Windies cricket...well...to me, is just funny.
One more thing: As I have said before, Caribbean PMs, and Gonsalves and Mitchell in particular, should be kept far away from Windies cricket. Any development that may result in them having influence or some say cannot be good.

He is likely to have a more amicable relationship with the most vocal regional PMs. And what? So that they may have some influence over the decision-making at Windies cricket? Is that really a desirable option?

So I get the impression that as soon
as persons become Members of the WICBC
They get infested with :
PMS, aka PLANTATION MENTALITY SYNDROME
a disease that makes them superior in
every respect to our Players .
Worse yet is that they believe that
they are infallible , and this myth is
celebrated and confirmed by their many
Stooges in the Region who masquerade
as Sports Journalists but in actuality are the SERFS of the WICBC.
It is this alliance between the WICBC
and the Sports Media that has ruined
West Indies Cricket by peddling the idea that the WICBC is perpetually Right , and the Players forever wrong.
It matters not to the Frauds in the Region who profess to be Sports Journalists this stark freaking Fact:
THE WICBC IS OVER 100 YEARS AND HAS
BLUNTLY REFUSED TO CHANGE IS
STRUCTURE ; NEVER MIND THE FACT THAT
IT HAS COMMISSIONED SEVERAL REPORTS
AND IGNORED THE FINDINGS OF THOSE
REPORTS .
Their Friends in the Media are silent
about the many flaws of those in the
the Worst International Cricket Board
in the Commonwealth , aka the WICBC .
THEY UTTERED NARY A WORD WHEN THE
WICBC PULLED THE PLUG ON THE TOUR TO
INDIA THAT WAS IN PROGRESS ; LEAVING
THE BCCI WITH A MOUNTAIN OF DEBTS ,
DUE TO THE FACT THAT TICKETS WERE
SOLD ; TO SEE THE MATCHES ; HOTELS
WERE BOOKED ; PEOPLE BOUGHT GOODS TO
SELL AT THE VARIOUS STADIA IN INDIA .
The Regional Jokers in the Region as
usual criticized Our Players , they
uttered nary a word about the fact that rather than at least attempt to
solve the problem , stopped the Tour.
True to form the WICBC LACKEYS in the
Media stated nary a word about the fact that the WICBC made no attempt to solve the problem .
