I think the punishment was enough. Numerous other players have been convicted of ball tampering(tendulkar included) and their boards have not gone beyond the icc sanctions. Australia's over the top reaction was motivated by the fact that the Aussies had been receiving bad press for the entire SA tour.....david warner's behavior was under particular scrutiny and CA went into damage control on steroids. for the record Pooran is playing T10 right now and doing well at it...

i am sure you see where i am going but just in case you don't let me spell it out

if the wicb punishes him...he can decide to tell them to go look elsewhere while he carries on playing his leagues and make his money

so...the wicb can only lose if they dish out further punishment... in hodda words, the wicb needs Pooran more than Pooran the wicb
