India rape victim set on fire on way to case hearing.
The girl was on her way to the court when a group of men, including two of her accused rapists, dragged her to a nearby field and set her on fire. Another rape case in India last week caused huge uproar in the country.
A 23-year-old girl in the northern Indian state of Uttar Pradesh was fighting for her life after she was set ablaze on Thursday.
The girl was on her way to a hearing of her rape case when a group of men assaulted her, doused her in petrol before setting her on fire, according to local media reports.
She is being treated for severe burns, with doctors describing her condition as critical.
Police have arrested five men, including two men accused of her rape, on suspicion of the Thursday attack.
In March, the girl was raped by five men — police arrested three of them, while two others were still on the run

If this were happening in the US this board would be ablaze.
Particularly if it were happening to the minority by the majority.
As I always say....bad and terrible things happen everywhere by every Nation, people and tribe.
Against every Nation and people and tribe.
In the absence of diversity, the perpetrators will find another weakness on which to prey.
Serial killers preyed on women....prostitutes.
Sexual deviants prey on kids....weaker, easy mark.
Rich prey on the poor...
Educated on the noneducated....
Majority on minority....regardless of race.

In reply to trev114 They were 'looked after'; after showing the poalice (treeknee pronounciation) where the body was, they then made a foolish attempt to escape. The villagers, the parents of the victim, even some politicians were happy & glad at the police's reaction...some are even saying that the police across India should emulate these cops! Full stop. What's wrong with that!?

Justice was served not cold but hot lead.

There are still many people in this world who are sub-human, they could be found in every country, it becomes very dangerous when they find each other and form a gang. Women, kids or any unfavored group who falls into their path are likely to have a bad experience.

It is said that two types of folks are untouchables nowadays in India.
1.Criminals due to bureaucratic “rights” and influences.
2. Minorities especially Emir’s type of people because if you talk hard even or look at them they bawl and raise Hell broadcasting all over the world about their “victimization”

i grew up in a small village on the EBD in Guyana and i have never heard of any girls being molested or assaulted...

Maybe it was in our family only.
Always angry when called away from playing to "go with your sister to the shop" or whatever. Somebody mentioned escorting and only now it dawned 
on me that there was a reason for that inconvenient precaution.
Never saw any molestation but then again, there were cases of consensual activities and automatic honorable shotguns.
