the 100 years plus, STRUCTURE that most
of the People in the WICBC has completely
Refused to Address .

Now due to the current Pandemic is an
opportune time to address this very important Issue . However I seriously
doubt that those in the WICBC will seize
this opportunity to undergo a Complete
Restructuring of the 100 + archaic
Structure of absolutely the Worst
International Cricket Board in the
Commonwealth .

Quite frabkly the WICBC is a Cancer in West Indies Cricket , and there exists an abundance of evidence to
support this statement .

Since its beginning there has been
several Reports commissioned by the
WICBC , few if any of the Recommendations suggested ,have ever been implemented or seen the Light of Day .

Meanwhile the failings of the competitiveness of Our Team are perpetually foisted on our Players .

Worse yet is the fact that those in the Region who claim to be Sports Journalists , are henchmen of the WICBC .

They view their role as being the attack Dogs for their Masters in the
WICBC . Obviously this not only unhealthy , it is also unhelpful for
the progress & competitiveness for Cricket in the Region .

SUCCESS IS NOT MEASURED BY THE BEST

IT IS MEASURED BY THOSE WHO ARE

PERPETUALLY AT THE BOTTOM .

I cite this axiom to illustrate the
fact that the Cricket Boards in the
Region that are not as competitive as
they should be , must be made to be
as competitive as other Teams .

The Windward Islands are perpetually
at the bottom . The current Vice President of the WICBC , is from
St. Vincent , which is in the Windward Islands .

I would like to know why is it that
in the Windward Islands in preparation to compete in the Regional 4 days matches , the selection of the Windward Islands Team , is a series of matches in the
Windard Islands , where 4 innings is
crammed in 2 days matches .

IS THAT TRUE OR FALSE ???? THE VICE

FROM THE WINDWARD ISLANDS . IF WHAT

He may not be aware that the Windward
Islands Cricket Team used to be selected by a Series of 4 days matches between the 4 islands that comprise the Windward Islands .

Quite frankly Cricket in the Windward
Islands has regressed not Progressed . In essence Cricket in the Windward
Islands is going backwards not Forward .

THIS ISSUE NEEDS TO BE SERIOUSLY

ADDRESSED BY THE WINDWARD ISLANDS

CRICKET BOARD & THE CURRENT VICE

PRESIDENT OF THE WICBC WHO IS FROM

THE WINDWARD ISLANDS .
