I have been looking at the figures in the Caribbean and think it's time to open up the Caribbean for inter-regional travel while observing social distancing and wearing masks also.
The figures in the Caribbean are not high with only DR and Puerto Rico having very high figures compared to other Caribbean islands.
Just my thoughts.

How many people you think will travel under these circumstances?
The vacation travel (as we know it) will not return until there is a proven vaccine so people will feel comfortable knowing there is a treatment

They are now made public so here are two questions for you.
What percentage of the populations in the Caribbean have been tested?
Do you think that percentage allows you to make a statement implying that the numbers are low.

The Caribbean approach to testing like other countries is that you to show mostly flu like symptoms. In most countries its about 15% to 20% of the population has been tested.
Perhaps another 5% to 10% should be tested but is not tested.

Really???
20% of a population of say 2.5 Million (Jamaica) is 500,000 people.Trinidad 1.5 Million is about 300,000 and Guyana 750,000 is about 150,000 people
I seriously doubt if ANY CARIBBEAN COUNTRY has tested 10,000 people!!!!!!!!
P.S The US has tested between 2 and 3% of the population
