Thanks for Sharing , I am not a Softy , but Tears are still running down my Cheeks .
Especially for the Young man who was
brutally
killed in Georgia . The stark savagery perpetrated on African Americans in the United States of America is unfortunately unabated.
Hell this is 2020 , yet it seems that not freaking much has changed / or will ever be changed , especially in
the Southern States of America .
I fear for my 3 years old Grandson w and due to his mother being from Guatemala , has features akin to Mexicans .
BTW both his parents are Citizens of the United States , but that aint a guarantee that He is safe from harm .
His parents have ensured that he has
an American Passport , since they went to see his maternal Great Grandfather in Guatemala .
Once again Thanks for sharing that Clip .

You're welcome. My mum loved this song. She was a student in London during WW2. I'll play it again for her tomorrow for Mothers'Day.
Say what we will about the Brits - they understand loyalty to themselves. This is their moment of grief and celebration song.
I fear for three generations of our family. I also give thanks that I decided to stay in the Caribbean. I have a grand niece graduating from high school shortly - with no graduation ceremony. She is soooooooooooooo upset and so is her grandma.
That young man in Georgia is Trayvon - is every other young black male lynched by these despicable white racists. There will be another one in a few weeks. Until we stop taking it on the cheek it will continue.

Is your Grand Niece graduation in the States ? In the USA it is a Big thing ,
so also are the Proms , So it is a blow
to all those graduating from High School .

You're welcome. They might have presented a more accurate picture of non-whites at the NHS but it was well done otherwise.
Sent it for my 98 year old aunt last Saturday - called her on Mothers'Day -she said she sang every word and was delighted. She's a genuine WW2 survivor
Wonderful sad song
