...provide clarity on the three matters raised by former West Indies fast bowler Mickey Holding during his bombshell exposé of seeming wrongdoings which coincided with the tenure of Dave Cameron's administration. Holding quoted an audit report as revealing that the three matters took place during the years 2013 and 2018.

Holding raised these concerns through his Youtube channel Mikey - holding nothing back. These revelations are serious enough to warrant a detailed clarification from CWI to be given to all stakeholders of West Indies cricket.

The head honchos of CWI had early in their tenure commissioned the audit with a view to providing an objective independent examination of the goings on in West Indies cricket. CWI CEO Johnny Greaves has gone on record recently as saying that certain aspects of the audit report have been remedied...this is excellent but all other outstanding matters should be dealt with similar alacrity and gusto.

IMHO, current President Ricky Skerritt should ask Dave Cameron through official communication channels (if he has not done so yet) to provide clarity on all the issues raised by the report during Cameron's presidency. The CWI commissioned audit has so far remained far removed from the public's eye. Dave Cameron deserves the courtesy of, at the very least, a polite enquiry from CWI. Failing a response from Cameron, the CWI should move swiftly to get to the bottom of these matters to remove this specter which has the potential of eroding further the cricketing body's credibility.

If the current CWI regime thinks that it can get away with these issues which are out there in the general public by burying its head in the sand, then they are obviously mistaken.

This recent revelations are serious. And to quote Mickey Holding, quoting the auditors, "the auditors have become aware of several matters which have caused consternation with respect to whether things were done in the best interest of West Indies cricket..."

Let me look up the meaning of the word consternation.

"Consternation" came from the auditors not Mikey.
