So hashtag twenty years later, what is HIS LEGACY in Jamaica?!!
Hahahaha
First time I ever saw Sarwan was on a very short clip on CBC sports news. It was before he got called for West Indies duties so it may have been a Shell Shield match but that fact is hazy. What I do remember clearly is saying to myself..."Dis yute look real tessy." Been a fan ever since.
Hooper and Sarwan, were not treated like stars .
I blame one person for this.

Hopefully better than Chris's legacy with Bharatt Jagdeo and the PPP.

Probably his hundred for WI Under 19 against Pakistan Under 19 at Kensington in 1996 at age 16.

he left 5000 intl runs on the field but he was very good on his day
40 is not terrible

Probably the last Windies batsman capable of rotating the strike effectively!

Do you know Sarwan was hit on the head less than Roy Fredericks who was nicknamed Concrete Head by the Aussies in 1968?
Sarwan forgot how to bat in 2010 after the President and especially the CEO and Coach started going after him causing him to lose confidence and eventually suing the cricket board AND WINNING THE LAW SUIT.
who recalled the article by Croft, "Ramnaresh Sarwan: The R could be for Rohan!"
Crofty had high hopes!
