Bro, you know what I think of the BCA.
You don't devalue a product and expect it to be strong.
The players in Barbados, benefit from a program, with more emphasis on clubs, than getting players ready for the International level.
The Hope brothers, Nurse and Dowrich, compete against 2nd tier level teams, base on the BCA structure and not wanting to leave clubs.
If these guys were in a semi pros league, playing against the best weekly, only god knows, how far advance they would be.

Anytime you lose Bigb, Narine, Pollard, Gayle, Russell and others to club T20 cricket, the local structure and regional cricket suffer.
Barbados has not produce a world class batsman since Desmond Haynes, clubs just don't have that quality player playing, anymore.
